Challenge
In the face of an urgent 45-day deadline, our challenge was to design, edit, and convert more than 1 million school textbooks, spanning 12 titles, into PDFs. These files needed to be not only digitized but also "Print-Ready" for future use, posing a significant time and technical challenge.
Solution
We leveraged our expertise and embarked on a strategic process to meet this challenge head-on, employing our Planning and Strategic Skills to streamline every step of the production journey.
